The Essence of Combined Science Program Combined Science education at Pak Turk is primarily based on the national curriculum with an approach that avoids rote-learning while adopting student-centered, inquiry-oriented and research-based instruction that involves theoretical studies supported by hands-on learning experiences. We do not limit the application component of our courses to conducting Combined Science experiments only. We try to make sure that the students acquire the scientific research skills and techniques to a level where they can write scientific papers at international standards. We also aim to enable the students to establish links with the disciplines of Philosophy and Theory of Knowledge in their discussions and evaluations. The training that we receive from experts outside the schools enables us to be active outside the school borders as well as giving us the opportunity to compare ourselves with others. |
