1st Mevlana International Project Olympiad – ON THE PATH OF MEVLANA; “PEACE AND TOLERANCE” (www.mevipo.org)
The Aim is to know
and understand Tolerance better in
accordance with the general objectives and instructions of The
ministry of Education ,improve the research and productive techniques by
the students, making use of Mevlana’s teachings for a peaceful world,
make ‘Mathnavi’ and Mevlana better known, consolidate students, team
work techniques, enforce confidence, strengthen expressiveness and
argument, motivate and award successful students, strengthen friendship
and brotherhood feeling among students coming from different
geographical parts. In this organization, aim is to gain positive guidance attitudes among students during their stay here. It’s planned to go over the moral deficiencies in the world and planed as well to create habits of problem solving.
The participants will benefit from social sciences where they will improve the tendency of free thinking. The International Project Contest, In the Path of Mevlana; ‘Peace and Tolerance’, a cooperation of Private Büyükkoyuncu Lycee and UNESCO, sponsored by Konya and Selçuklu Municipality will be held annually at The Mevlana Jalaladdin-i Rumi City of Konya.
