2011 International Physics Olympiad: Here Comes PakTurk!

2011 Pakistan National Team for Science Olympiads has two students from PakTurk, contesting in Mathematics and Physics.
Muhammad Omer of PakTurk Islamabad Boys Branch will represent Pakistan in 2011 International Physics Olympiad. He has prepared for the international challenge in an exclusive study camp in Turkey for a month. Besides the rigorous preparation he has undertaken at the Izmir Yamanlar High School - an established high school as the winner of numerous medals in international science olympiads - Muhammad Omer also sightsees across Turkey in his free time.
Speaking about his experience of preparing for the Olympiads and staying in Turkey, Muhammad Omer says, "I am so glad to be here. I found Turkey far more beautiful than I have ever imagined. I am getting prepared for the IPO along with many participants hailing from different countries and everything is just fine. I wish to represent Pakistan in my best capacity to bring pride and distinction to my country in the shape of a Gold Medal."
