PAKTURK Khairpur branch has conducted its Science & Art Exhibition on 28th February 2009. This exhibition was held with collaboration of EDO (Education) where a number of the school from the city has also participated with their projects in four subjects; Maths, Physics, Chemistry & Biology. One project from each subject competed with each other. Almost thirty stalls were spared for the competition.

Jury from the Shah Abdul Latif University evaluated the competition corner and declared the Best Projects. Physics and Chemistry positions were attained by the “Scholars School”, where Math project of the “Model School” was found the Best.

Jury awarded the Pak Turk Biology project as the Best of category. Mr. Qamaruddin Ahmed Farooqi EDO(E) inaugurated the Exhibition and awarded chemistry exhibition of Pak Turk with special cash prize. He stated that this type of fairs are very important and worthy of praise. The closing ceremony and award distribution was held in the end of the day.

Mr Pir Muhammed Shah, DPO Khairpur, has participated the event as the chief guest. Cash prizes and shields were distributed after the tableau and songs of the students in three languages, English Turkish & Urdu. Mr. Fida Wassan has awarded the each of the stage performers with Rs.1000. More than three thousand people attended and visited the fair where more than 100 stalls were exibited.
