Education is the immense importance for the Muslim countries in order to make headway in the comity of nations. This was stated by the Sindh Minister for Education, Dr.Hamida Khuhro. She was talking to the thvisiting 50-member Turkish delegation here 8December 2006 on Friday.
The Minister spoke of the close friendly ties between Pakistan and Turkey. She pointed out that under the Pak-Turk International School 14 educational institutions are functioning in various cities in Pakistan.
Dr.Khuhro said that we desire that the number of such institutions be enhanced in order to bring our two countries more close. Se stated that the visiting Turkish delegation intends to work for promotion of education in the Muslim countries. The Minister said that the provincial government is looking for allotting land for those who intend to invest in the education sector.
